Ms Roselyn Gwaibo – Deputy Secretary for Legal & PolicyConference Committee Member

Roselyn Gwaibo is currently the Acting Deputy Secretary for Legal & Policy within the Department of Justice and Attorney General.

Ms Gwaibo joined DJAG in 2012 as a Principal Legal Officer within the Office of the State Solicitor.

With a Law Degree from University of Papua New Guinea, Ms Gwaibo had a short stint with a private law firm before being introduced to the public sector where she worked with the Department of Environment and Conservation as Acting Secretary to the Environment Council; then moved to DJAG.

Ms Gwaibo hails from Rigo District in the Central Province.
